Sapphire

Sapphire is a stone of creative expression, intuition, and meditation, and enhances all those things. Sapphire is corundum, and comes in virtually any color of the rainbow including blue, pink, purple, orange (Padparadsha), green, colorless, and red (known as ruby). Sapphire is beneficial for mental clarity and depression. Physically it is good for lowering fevers and inflammation, hearing problems, cancer, and burns. Various colors of sapphire have properties in addition to the general sapphire properties.
Sapphire is associated with the Brow Chakra.

Sard

This gemstone takes its name from the Greek sard meaning reddish-brown.
It is a type of chalcedony that if a little more red, would be carnelian. Sard was used by the Mycenaeans (1450-1100 B.C.E.) and the Assyrians (1400-600 B.C.E.).
Along with carnelian, sard was used for engravings and seals by the ancient Romans.
In the fourth century, sard was used to heal wounds. It is a strong protector against negativity and boosts self-confidence.

Sardonyx

This banded form of cryptocrystalline Quartz takes its name from the Greek sard meaning reddish-brown and onyx, Latin meaning “veined gem”.
In ancient Egypt (2000 B.C.E.) sardonyx became popular because it was commonly available to most people, whereas precious gemstones were accessible
only to royalty and upper classes. It was mentioned as one of the stones in the breastplate of Aaron.
Jews frequently wore it and used it to adorn their temples. Cameos of sardonyx became popular in classical Greece and Rome and continued for many centuries.
It was also frequently used as the stone at the end of the chain in the fob watch.
Napoleon is said to have worn a carved sardonyx from Egypt on his watch chain.
In the Middle Ages sardonyx was used for healing, especially the eyes. The coolness of the stone when placed on the eyelids was said to bring respite from discomfort.
During the Renaissance its power of communication made it a favorite for speakers. It was also a symbol of happy marriage.
A cameo of Queen Elizabeth I of England was carved in sardonyx and given by her in a ring to the Earl of Essex. This is the ring with which she also pledged her help to him.
Years later when the Earl was convicted of treason and sentenced to death, the ring fell into the wrong hands and did not get back to the queen in time to save him.
Sardonyx aids in clear, focused thinking and is used to enhance communication between partners.

Scapolite

Scapolite is known as a stone of problem solving and achievement. It is said to help find elegant solutions to problems, make changes in one's life, and bring inspiration and strength of purpose. Use Scapolite mystically for bringing energies of breaking old patterns of sabotaging self and bringing acceptance of success. In this way, Scapolite is a stone of success too. Scolecite is a tectosilicate mineral belonging to the zeolite group; a hydrated calcium silicate. It is a mineral of secondary origin, and occurs with other zeolites in the amygdaloidal cavities of weathered mafic volcanic rocks. Associated minerals include quartz, apophyllite, babingtonite, heulandite, stilbite and other zeolites. Scolecite can open communication to the spiritual world and even possibly to off-world civilizations and ancient civilizations. This crystal is extremely supportive of "team spirit". Scolecite greatly encourages you to "live in love". Scolecite clears toxins from out of the body and kills parasites as well. Scolecite is a stone of connections, patterns, and peace. Serpentine, which is also called New Jade, is a beneficial and versatile stone. It is said by mystics to help with emotional cleansing, psychic powers, and attract love and money. In addition, Serpentine is considered a metaphysically protective stone that is especially protective against snakebite, poison, and venom. Serpentine is an excellent stone for meditation. Physically, traditional and mystical lore says that Serpentine eliminates parasite infections and removes venom and other poisons.

Shattuckite

Shattuckite is often called a stone of reconciliation. It is reputed to have properties of assisting with reconcilation and renewal. Shattuckite is also used to channel information, particularly from extra-terrestrials; and it is used for automatic writing. It is said to calm the mind and create harmony. Crystal healing lore reputs that Shattuckite is helpful for healing diabetes, calcium absorption problems, parathyroid, mites and other infestations, and tonsilitis.

Silicon

Silicon, the natural element Si, is the second most abundant element after Oxygen. It is usually found as a portion of something else, in much the same way oxygen is. Quartz crystal, is, in fact, SiO2! Silicon, when purified by man, is a pure element energy, and though "manmade" does have mystical energies, just as Silicon lends its energies to the minerals and other things it is a part of. This gemstone takes its name from the Greek sphen meaning wedge – a reference to its wedge-shaped crystals.

It is confused with topaz, yellow beryl and, because it can be pleochroic, chrysoberyl.

Spider Web Jasper

Tektites (from Greek tektos, molten) are natural glass objects up to a few centimeters in size, which most scientists argue were formed by the impact of large meteorites on Earth's surface. One type of Tektite are The Moldavites, which are a type of Tektite found in Czech Republic. Tektites are typically black or olivegreen, and their shape varies from rounded to irregular. Even though the Tektites have many of the same characteristics of The Moldavites their shapes are not the same. The Tektite is of a barbell shape and is more dark in color, The Moldavite is a pale to dark green.
