Agate is a type of chalcedony quartz that took its name from the River Aghates near Sicily ~ it is now called River Drillo. As an aid to emotional healing, it is said to help discern the truth, as well as accept circumstances. Because agate was believed to help protect against high fevers, it was placed in drinking water to banish illness. Agate was also thought to be instrumental in relieving arthritis, headaches and thirst. In addition to being worn as an amulet, agate was used for decorative jewelry and small objects. During the classical Greek and Roman era, agate was widely used for cameos and intaglios. These were frequently worn upside down for the wearer’s enjoyment. Bowls carved of agate were common throughout the Byzantine Empire, and Mithradates had amassed a collection of several thousand. During the Renaissance in Europe, collecting agate bowls surged in popularity again as did its use in jewelry and furniture inlay. Not only does agate come in a wide variety of colors, but also a plethora of fascinating effects. Eye agate actually looks like an eye, and plume agate displays a feathery pattern. Turitella (Turitella Agate)

This Beautiful Crystal Skull was obtained from Raven's Roost whose store is located in Idaho, US (The Gem State) also located on eBay. Here is a very Unique and Intriguing fossil Stone skull. This Crystalline Entity has been hand carved from fossilized Turritella Vertibroides!!! This Entity was hand crafted from a natural sedimentary conglomerate consisting of the fossilized shells of marine snails that lived some 40 to 60 million years ago on the bed of an ancient sea that covered the area that we now know as Wyoming. The Turritella had a long shell with a tapering spire shell containing numerous whorls. Over the eons of time as these shells were fossilized they have been completely replaced with Agate and Chalcedony, leaving us with this gorgeous Crystalline Entity.

This Amethyst Crystal Skull was obtained from Sherry Whitfield Merrell of Blue Star Traders (on eBay). It is very, very hard to find Amethyst and Red Hematite carved into a beautiful crystal skull! The Legend of the Apache Tear:

One day a party of Apache Indians was ambushed by an enemy tribe. The Apaches fought bravely but were greatly outnumbered and driven to the top of a high bluff. Their arrows gone and unable to fight and unwilling to be taken captive, they leapt from the cliffs to their death. Their women were understandably grief-stricken and wept over the bodies. Their tear drops froze when they hit the ground to become the lovely stones we know today as Apache Tears. Apache tears are a kind of nodular obsidian (volcanic black glass). An Apache tear looks opaque until it is held up to light, which reveals it to be translucent. This Classic Singing Skull was obtained From Rikoo Gems and Crystals located in Beijing, China and on eBay.
At 3580 Grams (7.75 pounds) This is not the largest Skull in my possession, and most of the time ~ size is no indication of the strength or power of the Crystal Skull.
But, In this case it is ~ for Lucid Dreaming and Spiritual Contacts this Skull can't be beat...

Astrophylite (Potassium Iron Titanium Silicate Hydroxide) is a rare hydrous sodium potassium iron manganese titanium silicate mineral.
It usually occurs as bladed crystals radiating from a common center, and has a hardness of 3.5.
It is tan, brown, black and copper colored with dramatic lines and star bursts of mica-like crystalizations.

It also helps one to see alternatives and potentials in all situations, giving a positive outlook, courage and inner strength. It is also said to bring luck, especially in games of chance. Green aventurine is also a mystical stone of prosperity. Aventurine bring friendship to one's life. It is also a stone of protection energies. This Classic Crystal Skull was obtained From I-Stones-US (of Hong Kong, China). At 248 Grams (@ 8.6 ounces) This is deffinetly not the largest Skull in my possession. It has been stated that most of the time ~ size is not an indication of the strength or power of the Crystal Skull.
And this Crystalline Entity proves that fact with a vengence.

Blue Goldstone (also called Blue Sand Stone) like Goldstone is a manmade Crystalline Entity and its sparkle is also due to flecks of copper. It is said to be the stone of ambition. It builds mental energy, courage and a positive attitude. Blue Goldstone is a stone of wisdom and science, teaching us to reach for the stars, and reminding us that there is a light within darkness. Blue Goldstone is good for warding off psychic attack and warding or guarding an environment. This Entity is an excellent healing stone for mental and nervous system problems.
